Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning strategically and managing, under the supervision of Senior Operations and Marketing Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager, all aspects of digital marketing, e.g. website, social media, online advertising, CRM, email marketing, analysis, etc.
- Optimization of the website and management of the website updates
- Increase web traffic, ROI and conversions
- Implement digital analytics framework to help provide insights and analysis into the performance;
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns. Keep tracking on the latest digital marketing tools and trends
- Campaign management of digital media (SEM, Social Media, Affiliates, Email Marketing) Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Manage the given digital marketing budget and content calendar
- Work with and manage, together with the Senior Operations and Marketing Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager, external creative and media agencies
- Create and design content on social media to generate engagement Photoshoot and video shoot of park's customer experiences/highlights plus editing (with the use of Adobe Premiere/ After Effects, or other video editing software)
- Design and create marketing materials in both digital and print (with the use of Adobe Photoshop, other Adobe Suites products, or other lay-out/design software)
