Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute various digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. This involves strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives across different online channels.
  • Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms. This includes creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, and managing social media advertising.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools and metrics. Evaluate campaigns against established goals, including ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights from data analysis and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and campaign performance.
  • Growth Strategies: Innovate and develop new growth strategies for digital marketing to increase brand visibility and engagement. This involves staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve digital marketing strategies and outcomes.
  • User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and optimize user experience on the website. Ensure a seamless customer journey across multiple channels.
  • Customer Experience Evaluation: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience, identifying areas for improvement in user funnels and conversion points.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to achieve marketing objectives and maintain productive relationships.
  • Technology Assessment: Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and perspective within the organization, suggesting the adoption of new technologies and strategies when appropriate.
