Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Officer will plan and implement online campaigns that promote Crown Asia's communities and brand initiatives. The role includes:

• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Managing email, search, and display campaigns
• Monitoring campaign performance and online engagement
• Updating property listings and digital platforms
• Coordinating promotional materials with internal teams
• Analyzing data to improve campaigns and generate leads
• Monitoring digital trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of social media management, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM
• Strong content writing and basic graphic design skills
• Familiarity with analytics, CRM, and digital marketing tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in real estate, property development, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
