Job Responsibilities
- Paid Social Media & Advertising
- Execute Meta lead gen campaigns for UTrade & ULoan
- Manage (possible) Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Own monthly paid media budget allocation
- Test and explore new paid channels
- Lead Quality & Sales Enablement
- Work with sales on lead quality refinement
- Optimise lead capture forms
- Video Content Production
- Shoot and produce 1-2 weekly video reels featuring research analysts (UTrade)
- Edit market research reports into short-form video content (UTrade)
- Co-produce and shoot 2 monthly TikTok reels/Stories content (UTrade, ULoan)
- Create video templates and style guidelines
- Coordinate filming schedules with the Research Team
- Campaign Strategy and Optimisation
- Optimise for CPL and Leads Conversion
- Implement retargeting campaigns
- Landing page & Conversion
- Design and optimise landing pages
- Ensure seamless user journey
- Analytics and Reporting
- Recommend improvement on performance dashboards
- Track KPIs: leads, CPL, conversion rates
- Provide weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our digital application channels and digital presence
- Community Management & Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages across UTrade, ULoan, and Unicapital social media
- Develop engagement strategies to boost organic reach
- Track community sentiment and engagement metrics
- Use community insights to inform paid campaigns
- Build and manage Reddit presence for all brands
- Cross - Team Support & Content Collaboration
- Provide graphics support to other teams
- Support social media content needs across departments
- Assist with communications and branding materials
- Support PR initiatives
- Help manage corporate giveaways inventory
- Brief the consultant on campaign requirements
- Provide performance data for content strategy
- Develop ad copy and creative briefs
- Events Support
- Support major events as needed
And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support the Company's goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and management. SEO and SEM, marketing databases, and email campaigns and social media and/or display advertising campaigns for at least 5 years
- Proficiency in online marketing tools
- Strong ability to analyze metrics and trends to inform data-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
