Digital Marketing Manager — Remote (AU Hours)

PROGRAFIK & PROBOND

Compensation

PHP 60,000 – 80,000 per month, based on experience. Paid in PHP, fortnightly.

Own the entire digital footprint of a fast-growing Australian importer and wholesaler. SEO, paid, social, landing pages — the lot. One person, two brands, real budget, real impact.

About us

CPH Group is an Australian importing and wholesale distribution business with three brands across signage and wide-format print (PROGRAFIK), RV manufacturing (PROBOND RV) and commercial cladding (PROBOND Construction). We're 20+ years in, trade-focused, and serious about scaling our online presence into a genuine lead-generation engine. We don't want an agency. We want one sharp operator inside the business who owns it.

The role

You'll be the digital marketing function for PROGRAFIK and PROBOND. You report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the CEO and Business Unit Managers. You set the digital strategy and you execute it. No layers, no politics, no committees.

You'll work Australian business hours (AEST), remotely, and you'll be the person we point to when we ask: why aren't more hot leads landing on the sales reps desks

What you'll own

  • SEO — keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, content briefs, link building across both brands
  • Paid media — Google Ads (search, shopping, display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), end-to-end: strategy, build, optimisation, reporting
  • Landing pages & CRO — design briefs, conversion testing, on-page improvements to turn traffic into leads
  • Social — content plans and execution for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram across both brands
  • Email & marketing automation — Mailchimp campaigns, nurture flows, list growth
  • Analytics & reporting — Google Analytics, Search Console, weekly KPI reports the CEO can actually use
  • E-commerce support — work with our team on OpenCart product visibility and SEO

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years running digital marketing across multiple channels — not just one
  • Demonstrable wins in lead generation (B2B experience is a strong plus)
  • Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience — you've personally built and optimised campaigns
  • Solid SEO understanding — on-page, technical basics, content
  • Confident with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
  • Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be briefing copy, reviewing landing pages and reporting up to the Marketing Manager
  • Self-directed. We're hiring you because we don't want to micromanage. You should hate being micromanaged.
  • Available 8:00am–4:30pm AEST (Philippines morning–afternoon)

Bonus points

  • Experience marketing for trade, manufacturing, construction or industrial wholesale
  • NetSuite, Phocas or similar B2B stack exposure
  • Mailchimp, OpenCart
  • CRO / landing page optimisation track record
