AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)
The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel marketing campaigns on online advertising channels including Meta, Google, Tiktok, marketplace on-platform and email marketing, with the objective of growing the brand's new and returning customer base. She/He works closely with the marketing, brand, and creative and other related teams to operationalize the digital and email marketing campaigns. She/He acts as integrator between Team Sunnies and external agencies and partners to ensure that the brand remains a market leader in digital presence.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the Online Marketing Manager in developing omnichannel strategies via online advertising platforms to support brand and channel projects and initiatives including always-on, launch, promo and adhoccampaigns
- Oversee the execution of planned digital marketing campaigns in coordination with external agency partners
- Ensure quality and prompt execution of all email marketing campaigns
- Lead the creation of internal performance reports to inform Team Sunnies about digital and email marketing wins and opportunities that will drive the business forward
- Digital Marketing
- Create digital marketing briefs for agency partners aligned with brand and channel strategy
- Lead job order development for all creative assets needed for digital and performance marketing
- Supports Online Marketing Manager in managing and monitoring media plans and budget
- Collaborate with Assistant Marketing Manager (Ecomm and Digital) to optimize visibility and searchability, drive quality traffic and maximize conversions through on-platform marketing tools
- Review and monitor implementation of all digital campaigns and lead action items to address performance gaps and opportunities
- Act as integrator of Team Sunnies and external agency partners
- Research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends, advertising trends, and new channels that are relevant to the brand
- Email Marketing
- Creates and implements an omnichannel email marketing strategy to grow online and offline customer base including behavioral, marketing and A/B testing campaigns
- Prepare and manage email marketing calendar on annual, quarterly and monthly basis
- Lead job order development for all creative assets needed for email marketing campaignsaligned with brand and channel strategy
- Act as integrator of Team Sunnies and email service provider
- Research and stay up to date on email marketing trends, tech developments and integrations in coordination with Assistant Web Marketing Manager and email service provider
- Partner and Project Management
- Set and manage deadlines of requirements from internal teams to ensure digital and email marketing campaigns are delivered prompty and efficiently in coordination with Project Manager
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external agency partnersand email service providers
- Communication and Collaboration
- Effectively communicate digital and email marketing updates to Team Sunnies
