Role Description

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Officer with experience in CRM, Paid Media, Social Media, or Website Management. These are full-time hybrid roles (WFO Mondays to Wednesdays and WFH on Thursday and Fridays) The role involves developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company's online presence and customer engagement. Collaboration with other teams to align marketing strategies and executions will also be a significant part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, Paid Media, Social Media, or Website Management. It's totally fine if your background focuses on only on some of these areas of Digital Marketing - training will be provided for areas of Digital Marketing that you are not yet proficient in :)
• Strong digital marketing analytics, problem-solving, and communication skills
• For the Digital Marketing Manager level - experience in managing teams or agencies will be a big plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
