We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to improve our digital marketing performance, focusing on conversion rates and customer journey optimization.
You will work on optimizing landing pages, running A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and improving email campaigns to drive more conversions. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and execution-focused.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize marketing funnels from traffic to conversion
- Improve landing pages and user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates
- Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments
- Monitor and report on key metrics (conversion rate, CTR, bounce rate)
- Ensure proper tracking and analytics setup (Google Analytics, tagging tools)
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns
- Work closely with design and content teams to improve performance
- Identify new opportunities for growth based on data insights
What We're Looking For
- Proven years experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar tools)
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with CMS or marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and project management skills

- Experience ine-commerce or lead generation
