Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager leads and grows eTaps overall digital presence. This includes social media, paid ads, LinkedIn, and the company website. The role ensures that all digital efforts support business growth, strengthen the brand, and align with company goals.

This position reports to the Head of Marketing and directly manages the Corporate Communications Specialist and Copywriters.

What This Role Does

  • Sets the Digital Direction
  • Creates and leads the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Turns business goals into clear digital campaigns and measurable KPIs
  • Acts as the main decision-maker for digital marketing
  • Leads Social Media & Content
  • Oversees content and ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the website
  • Ensures messaging is consistent and on-brand
  • Develops strategies for key accounts and underperforming kiosks
  • Works closely with design and brand teams
  • Manages Paid Advertising
  • Plans and optimizes ads on Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
  • Allocates budgets and improves campaign performance
  • Focuses on testing and scaling to improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Tracks Performance & Reports Results
  • Monitors digital trends and campaign performance
  • Oversees regular reporting (weekly and monthly)
  • Provides insights and updates to marketing leaders
  • Oversees the Website
  • Manages website content and updates
  • Ensures accurate store partner, biller, and kiosk information
  • Works with teams to improve copy, user experience, and landing pages
  • Maintains high accuracy standards for all website listings
  • Supervises LinkedIn & Corporate Communications
  • Manages the Corporate Communications Specialist and Copywriters
  • Oversees LinkedIn content, PR initiatives, and brand reputation
  • Ensures strong B2B and B2C communications
  • Aligns PR & Business Development
  • Oversees media outreach and PR efforts
  • Ensures digital supports lead generation and partnerships
  • Supports marketing events with digital promotion
  • Manages Budget & Resources
  • Controls and optimizes digital ad spend
  • Prioritizes budget based on performance and business goals
