Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

Hours: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help grow a Pilates studio brand through paid advertising, social media, SEO, and local marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Create posts, reels, stories, and marketing assets
• Manage community engagement across platforms
• Optimize Google Business Profile and local listings
• Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Track performance and provide reporting
• Implement SEO strategies and create blog content

Requirements:

• Strong Google Ads experience (most important)
• Experience managing Meta Ads
• Knowledge of SEO and local marketing
• Strong content creation and social media skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience with gyms, fitness brands, or Pilates studios
• Experience working with franchise-based businesses
• Proven track record generating leads through digital marketing
