Job Description
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our overall digital strategy and ensure strong online brand presence and lead generation performance. The role focuses on translating business goals into effective marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign results to drive data-based decisions, strengthening cross-department collaboration, and guiding the team toward achieving measurable growth. The ideal candidate has solid digital marketing experience, strong leadership capability, and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies that improve performance and support company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Preferably with managerial experience
- Strong background in social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Experience in content strategy, campaign management, and lead generation
- Knowledgeable in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- With strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Oversee social media platforms and content planning
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to align campaigns with business goals
