Convergence Realty & Development Corp. is a premium real estate developer with over 25 years of experience and 1,500+ units delivered across Southern Luzon. We build communities that last — from flagship gated residences in Lipa City to homes that have consistently multiplied in value over time.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own our digital channel performance and help build out our marketing function as we scale. The north star is straightforward: use digital to directly generate leads and support sales. Brand and content matter, but they serve that goal.

We'd love someone who brings ideas to the table, advocates for them, and follows through. You'll report directly to management, which means a short feedback loop, real visibility, and genuine room to make your mark. This role has the potential to grow into something bigger as the team and the business do — and we're looking for someone who's excited by that prospect.

What You'll Own

  1. Drive qualified leads and measurable sales pipeline through Condev's digital channels — this is the core metric
  2. Conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, organic social, email, SEO/content, and channels you identify
  3. Develop content strategy and oversee or produce content that resonates — from aspirational homebuyers to discerning investors
  4. Test new ideas, formats, and approaches; refine what works and move on from what doesn't
  5. Build and maintain Condev's organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  6. Track performance, share clear insights with management, and act on what the data tells you
  7. Help shape the team and processes we'll need as the digital marketing function grows

What We're Looking For

We care more about what you've done than how long you've been doing it. If you're earlier in your career but have the track record to show for it, we want to hear from you.

  1. Experience in digital marketing with demonstrable results — leads generated, campaigns built, outcomes owned
  2. Comfortable working across a channel mix (paid, organic, content, email) without needing a specialist for every function
  3. A genuine eye for detail and creative taste — you notice what makes something good, and what makes it fall flat
  4. Proactive and self-directed — you bring proposals rather than waiting for briefs
  5. Strong communicator; able to write sharp copy or direct someone who can
  6. AI-native or actively building fluency with AI tools — a meaningful advantage in this role
  7. Experience in real estate or high-consideration purchases is a plus, but strong fundamentals matter more
