About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for CDM and CDP brands across B2B and B2C markets.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and measuring marketing communications across digital platforms to drive reach, leads, conversion, and sales revenue. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and agencies while reporting directly to the CMO.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Communications & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of consumer-centric marketing communications to strengthen CDM / CDP brand credibility and demand generation
  • Translate insights into thematic and tactical campaigns across digital channels
  • Recommend campaign directions and materials to senior management

Content & Platform Strategy (Paid & Owned)

  • Manage and optimize digital assets including websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, email, CRM, webinars, and professional networks
  • Develop and execute content strategies across awareness, engagement, and conversion touchpoints
  • Test and explore new platforms and formats to expand audience reach

Advertising & Digital Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns based on business priorities
  • Manage advertising and promotion budgets
  • Coordinate with and manage external agencies (when required)

Community & Customer Experience

  • Build and manage community engagement processes, including escalation and crisis guidelines
  • Support the development of CDM alumni and professional communities
  • Improve customer journeys and digital experiences to enhance satisfaction and conversion

Data & Analytics

  • Track and monitor KPIs (reach, leads, conversion, revenue)
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and improvements

Growth, New Markets & Partnerships

  • Support e-commerce growth initiatives across owned and third-party platforms
  • Identify and develop new accounts, partnerships, and industry collaborations
  • Support demand generation activities in regional markets such as Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and India
  • Build and maintain marketing databases through lead generation initiatives

Process & Tools Optimization

  • Support annual brand and marketing plans
  • Improve lead generation, CRM, and customer engagement processes
  • Leverage tools such as HubSpot, AI tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation
  • Apply an agile, test-and-learn approach to campaigns and processes

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or integrated marketing (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Hands-on experience across:
  • Digital advertising
  • Content strategy and execution
  • Email / CRM
  • Analytics and conversion optimization
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a small team or direct report
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
