Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Oversee content planning and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report digital performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and development teams to improve website UX and landing pages.
  • Conduct market research and identify digital trends and insights to improve strategy.
  • Data interpretation, KPI tracking, and decision-making based on metrics.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, automation tools.
  • Designing engaging campaigns, writing copy, brainstorming growth initiatives.
  • Landing page design, funnel optimization, A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
  • Allocating budgets, defining strategy, and setting measurable goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fi eld.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing successful SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad-serving or analytics platforms.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and customer funnels.
  • Ability to identify target audiences and craft highly eff ective digital campaigns.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and measurement tools.
  • Experience working in marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or similar programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong copywriting or content strategy background.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams or external digital vendors.
  • Demonstrated success handling budgets and delivering ROI improvements.
  • Experience with multivariate testing and advanced marketing experiments.
