Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to manage our online presence, digital campaigns, and e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on growing our online presence, sales, improving digital engagement, increasing overall followers, and ensuring digital campaigns are properly executed across platforms. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and help lead the day-to-day execution of digital initiatives.
1. E-commerce Management
- Manage and improve the company's online stores on Company Website, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Work closely with the Sales and Online Team in managing and monitoring Live Sellings and Promotions.
- Ensure product listings are updated with proper images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to maintain product availability.
- Monitor online sales performance and recommend ways to improve conversions.
2. Digital Advertising
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram.
- Optimize campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and online sales.
- Track ad performance and adjust campaigns to improve results.
3. Social Media & Content
- Oversee the company's social media pages, website, and content calendar.
- Work with the Graphic Artist and Marketing Specialist to produce content.
- Support the creation of product demos, tutorials, and promotional posts.
4. Online Community & Customer Engagement
- Help build engagement with technicians, contractors, and customers online.
- Monitor comments, inquiries, and reviews across digital platforms.
- Ensure timely responses and proper customer engagement.
5. Website Management
- SEO and SEM optimization
- Recommend and execute best practices
- Optimize keywords, image taggings, descriptions, etc.
- Manage content, products, deliveries, and overall look of the website
- Prepare and manage website performance and reports
6. Reporting & Team Coordination
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance.
- Assist in monitoring digital KPIs and campaign results.
- Manage and guide the tasks of the Marketing Specialist and coordinate with the Graphic Artist.
- Ensure digital campaigns and activities are properly executed.
- Engage in recommending best practices and new trends in improving our Digital presence
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and e-commerce.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is an advantage.
- Experience in Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Experience in Web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
- Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
