Job Overview:

The Social Media & Website Manager will oversee all digital marketing initiatives and manage the online presence of Staffing Expert. This role focuses on SEO, SEM, social media management, event promotion, and website administration to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple digital platforms, ensuring the company's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity are consistently represented across all channels within a BPO and staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Write, publish, and optimize one (1) blog article per week aligned with Staffing Expert's services and target market.
  • Perform ongoing technical SEO, including on-page optimization and the acquisition of up to 50 quality backlinks per month to improve search rankings and domain authority.

2.Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns while managing a monthly SEM budget
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize traffic, leads, and ROI.

3.Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Staffing Expert's presence across key platforms:
  • Create, schedule, and publish three (3) Instagram and linkedin posts per week.
  • Publish five (5) Instagram Stories per week to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create one (1) LinkedIn post per week, including reposting relevant industry or company content.
  • Conduct 710 LinkedIn outreach activities per week for lead generation and partnerships.
  • Maintain active LinkedIn engagement with 1520 interactions per week (likes, comments, shares, and replies).

4.Promotions & Event Support

  • Conceptualize and execute one (1) digital marketing promotion per month to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Coordinate and support 45 meetings or online engagements per month with potential clients, partners, or stakeholders.

5.Website Management

  • Manage and regularly update the Staffing Expert website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and optimized.
  • Ensure the website reflects the latest services, promotions, campaigns, and company updates.

6.Marketing Asset Management

  • Maintain an organized marketing asset repository, including brand logos, templates, visuals, and creative materials.
  • Ensure all marketing assets are current, on-brand, and readily accessible for internal and external use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 24 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, website administration, or a similar role within a BPO, staffing, or service-based industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and SEM, including keyword research, backlink strategies, on-page optimization, and paid search campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar), including content updates and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in lead generation and LinkedIn outreach, with an understanding of B2B marketing and client acquisition funnels.
  • Strong copywriting and content-creation skills tailored to professional and client-facing audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, platforms, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and self-driven, with a strong sense of brand consistency and attention to visual and messaging standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid BPO environment, collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range:

  • PHP 35,000 to PHP 45,000 per month (depending on experience)
