Job Description

  • Develop and steer the global digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to strengthen brand equity and consumer connection.
  • Lead a team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Establish unified digital standards, playbooks, and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality activation across all markets.
  • Partner with regional and local marketing teams to identify opportunities, diagnose gaps, and architect digital solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Oversee digital media planning excellence, maximizing ROI through data-driven optimization and advanced measurement.
  • Drive global partnerships with agencies, martech providers, and platforms to unlock scalable capabilities.
  • Lead governance, ensuring compliance with global guidelines, brand safety practices, and data privacy standards.
  • Support omnichannel strategy development in collaboration with eCommerce, media, insights, and brand teams.
  • Build business cases and recommendations for digital investment, technology adoption, and capability expansion.
  • Monitor performance analytics, synthesize insights, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with exposure to large-scale global or regional FMCG operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, including hybrid or crossmarket setups.
  • Deep expertise in digital media, content ecosystems, martech, analytics, and consumer engagement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across complex organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, operational discipline, and a passion for continuous improvement.
