Our facilities offer tennis, pickleball, and padel, and we are passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities enjoy racquet sports through world-class coaching, programs, and events.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver and support marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, increase participation, and drive business growth across all Voyager venues and programs.

Purpose of Role:

This is a hands-on execution role supporting growth across our tennis & pickleball venues. The role suits someone who is very strong tactically, confident executing campaigns end-to-end, and comfortable working within an established marketing team. This is not a people-management role and not a strategy ownership role.

Key Focus Areas:

• Execute digital marketing campaigns (email, website, CRM, paid support)
• Build and send Email & SMS campaigns using Constant Contact and SMS Broadcast
• Implement marketing plans provided by the Marketing Lead
• Website and landing page updates (CMS-level work)
• Support venue promotions, events, and launches
• Coordinate closely with SEO and social media specialists
• Assist with reporting, optimisation, and campaign performance tracking

• Strong execution mindset and reliability
• Good tactical digital marketing knowledge
• Comfortable working with systems, templates, and workflows
• Clear written English and strong attention to detail
• Team player who collaborates well with specialists

Work Schedule: Australian business hours - 9 am to 6 pm - Wednesday - Sunday
