Overview

We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving Marketing Executive who can think, write, and execute without hand-holding. This role sits at the intersection of content, creative, and client services — translating strategy into high-quality outputs across digital and print.

You'll be responsible for building content that performs, supporting client deliverables end-to-end, and ensuring both internal and external work is delivered with speed, clarity, and impact.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Execution

● Build and execute content strategies for both internal (agency) and client accounts across social, paid media, email, web, and CRM.

● Develop content pillars, messaging frameworks, and editorial calendars aligned with KPIs and business goals.

● Write and produce high-quality content across formats: social posts, ad copy, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and short-form video.

● Apply SEO and AI-assisted optimization (AIO) to improve discoverability and engagement.

Copywriting & Asset Development (Client + Internal)

● Develop clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for:

● Digital assets (ads, social, email, websites, landing pages)

● Print collaterals (brochures, flyers, sales kits, event materials)

● Marketing and sales enablement assets (pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers)

● Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all outputs.

● Work closely with designers and creatives to bring ideas to life across formats.

Creative Direction & Production

● Translate briefs into strong creative concepts with clear direction on visuals, tone, and messaging.

● Brief and collaborate with design, video, and content teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

● Maintain a strong eye for detail across both digital and print executions.

Technical & Creative Skills

● Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).

● Strong copywriting and content creation skills — comfortable adapting tone and style for different audiences and platforms.

● Skilled in Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) for creating static visuals, simple animations, and short-form videos.

● Basic understanding of design principles, video composition, and storytelling for digital platforms.

● Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), and email marketing tools.

Familiar with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), including campaign setup, automation, and performance reporting.

Comfortable with basic analytics and reporting, using data to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.

●Bonus: Experience managing paid campaigns, content boosting, or collaborating with designers and editors.

Client Management & Collaboration

● Act as a client-facing point of contact for content and marketing deliverables.

● Present ideas, rationale, and outputs clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

● Manage feedback loops efficiently and ensure timely delivery of revisions and final assets.

● Work cross-functionally with Media, Sales/GTM, Studio and Client Services teams.

AI-Enabled Execution & Efficiency

● Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, ideation, research, and optimization.

● Continuously identify ways to streamline workflows and improve turnaround time without compromising quality.

● Operate with a high level of independence — able to take a brief and run with it.
