Job Description
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the execution of global campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, leads, and conversions. You'll collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimise performance and deliver data-driven marketing outcomes.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within travel, tourism, or consumer marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, analytics, and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise and pivot campaigns based on performance
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms (Salesforce or similar), CMS tools (Kentico or similar), and basic SEO principles
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player with a willingness to learn

Your Daily Tasks
Campaign Management and Execution (30%):
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (Meta, Google, Display, YouTube, and email)
- Assist in briefing and coordinating creative assets for campaigns and seasonal launches
- Track performance, support optimisation, and conduct A/B testing to improve efficiency
- Support lead generation initiatives including form creation and campaign integration
Email & Lifecycle Marketing (20%):
- Support CRM campaign setup including email creation, audience segmentation, and tracking
- Collaborate to improve engagement and nurture customer conversion journeys
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and platform guidelines
Website & Content (20%):
- Update and maintain website content for accuracy, engagement, and SEO alignment
- Support web optimisation efforts including UX/UI, CTAs, and landing pages
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website reflects current messaging
- Create blog content and destination stories aligned with brand tone
Data, Reporting & Insights (15%):
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
- Monitor analytics, web traffic, and lead data to identify trends
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Collaboration & Brand Alignment (15%):
- Work closely with trade, PR, partnerships, and content teams
- Ensure all digital assets align with brand values and sustainability principles
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Key Considerations:
- Communicate and collaborate across multiple time zones, with occasional out-of-hours work
- Align global marketing strategies with local market execution
