Job Description

About the Role:

Digital Bakery is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Content & Performance to support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities across two growing brands: T4 Media (B2B – UK market) and Sniff n Waggle (D2C).

This is a hands-on role focused on turning marketing strategy into high-quality content, campaigns, and measurable performance improvements. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with internal teams responsible for operations, analytics, and digital project delivery.

The role requires someone who is creative, commercially focused, and comfortable being accountable for performance results, not just content output.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content (Organic)

  • Plan and maintain structured content calendars across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
  • Create and publish content aligned with brand messaging and commercial goals
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors when needed
  • Ensure content supports lead generation and brand engagement

Paid Campaign Creative & Performance:

  • Develop creative concepts, messaging angles, and campaign hooks
  • Write or review ad copy and ensure alignment with landing pages and campaign themes
  • Conduct structured testing of creatives and messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on results

Copywriting & Messaging:

Own content quality across marketing channels including:

  • Email campaigns and sequences
  • Landing pages
  • Website content and updates

You should be comfortable:

  • Writing and editing marketing copy
  • Maintaining strong British English standards
  • Acting as the final quality check before campaigns go live

Website & Landing Page Execution:

  • Own the messaging and conversion quality of landing pages
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers on implementation
  • Continuously improve pages based on performance data

Performance Tracking & Optimisation:

  • Monitor campaign performance regularly
  • Work with analytics teams to extract insights

Provide clear monthly reporting on:

  • What was launched
  • What worked and what didn't
  • What improvements will be made next
  • Drive continuous performance improvement

Supplier & Creative Management:

  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external creatives
  • Manage briefs, feedback, and delivery timelines

Business Focus:

T4 Media (B2B – UK Market)

Goal: Support digital activity contributing to 30 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month through organic content, paid campaigns, and landing page optimisation.

Sniff n Waggle (D2C)

Goal: Convert a strong organic audience into website traffic and measurable sales, supported by efficient paid campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Comfortable using analytics and data to improve results
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Familiar with UK tone, audience nuance, and British English
  • Commercial mindset with focus on leads, traffic quality, and revenue impact
