We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution and optimization of our data-driven sales and marketing campaigns. This role is integral to ensuring our brand messaging is consistent, our content pipeline is efficient, and our campaigns are launched successfully. You will be a key support member, assisting the marketing team in translating complex sales intelligence into impactful, actionable marketing collateral and reporting on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution & Performance Support
- Campaign Launch: Assist in the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content syndication).
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., email engagement, website traffic, conversion rates) to provide performance insights and inform optimization strategies.
- CRM Data Management: Support the maintenance and hygiene of marketing data within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate campaign targeting and lead nurturing.
2. Content & Collateral Management
- Content Support: Assist with the formatting, scheduling, and distribution of marketing content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, social media updates) across all digital platforms.
- Asset Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing collateral adheres strictly to brand guidelines, is grammatically correct, and is optimized for digital distribution and consumption.
- Website Maintenance: Support basic updates and content management for the company website and dedicated campaign landing pages.
3. Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Tool Proficiency: Become a confident user of our marketing automation and content management platforms to provide efficient support to the wider team.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize real-world feedback from the sales strategy team on the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns to prioritize support efforts.
4. Project Management

Essential Requirements:
- Experience in Digital Marketing: 1+ years of experience or relevant internship experience in a digital marketing, marketing operations, or communications support role.
- Technical Familiarity: Practical experience or strong familiarity with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or a marketing automation platform.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Foundational understanding of core marketing metrics and the ability to work with campaign data to assist in performance analysis.
- Structured Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and copywriting.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with a basic graphic design tool (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in the Sales Intelligence, CRM, or B2B domain.
- Project management experience is desirable
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
