Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Digital Specialist to lead and execute Oakley's digital marketing initiatives
across all online platforms. This role will be responsible for planning the full digital calendar, managing social media channels,
analyzing website performance, and delivering regular performance reports to support business growth and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with strong experience in digital strategy, social media management, and performance analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Digital Planning & Campaign Management
• Develop and manage the annual digital marketing calendar aligned with Oakley's brand and commercial objectives
• Plan digital campaigns, launches and key seasonal moments across the full year
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution
• Optimize campaign performance based on insights and market trends
2. Social Media Management
• Take full ownership of Oakley's Instagram and Facebook platforms – South East Asia & Korea
• Plan, schedule, publish, and manage all social media content, including creating social copies
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on content creation and campaign assets
• Monitor engagement, community interactions, and audience growth
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, guidelines, and campaign objectives
• Create, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
3. Website & Analytics Performance
• Analyze Google Analytics reports across all Oakley SEAK websites
• Track key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion, engagement, bounce rate, and campaign effectiveness
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for website optimization. Brief web developers on the key actions to be taken.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve digital performance
• Plan all the content updates, including web banners, collections etc.
4. CRM Database
• Plan and schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp
• Coordinate campaign calendars (Newsletters, Product launches)
• Manage subscriber lists and maintain database hygiene
• Implement targeting strategies to improve relevance and performance
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times
• Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
5. Content Creation Guidelines
• Prepare content creation guidelines for our seeding athletes based on key brand campaigns. These contents will be
used on our social media plaforms.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand identity and positioning.
6. Reporting & Insights
• Prepare monthly digital performance reports
• Consolidate social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign ROI
• Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Work Experience:
o 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong hands-on Experience with:
o Google Analytics
o Meta Business Suite
o Instagram & Facebook content management
o Reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
o Mailchimp
• Proven experience running paid social media campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Experience in lifestyle, sports, fashion, or retail brands is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
• Able to work independently and communicate with regional and Global Oakley brand team effectively
• Strong understanding of digital trends and social media best practices
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for sports, performance lifestyle, and premium consumer brands
