Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our retail media and ecommerce initiatives. This role will sit within our growing retail media team and play a critical support function across digital marketing activities. Reporting to the Retail Media Ad Ops Lead, the position offers a varied set of responsibilities and requires a generalist digital marketing skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile PowerPoint reports from multiple digital sources including Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Provide preliminary insights and highlight key performance trends.
- Review and validate retail media assets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Use AI tools to rewrite product descriptions optimized for SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking.
- Execute a high volume of straightforward Meta campaigns.
- Monitor performance and flag issues for optimization.
- Set up and manage sponsored search assets on the company website.
- Track performance and ensure campaigns align with ecommerce objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or retail media - PREFERRED.
- Experience in Meta and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager - PREFERRED
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent) and keyword research techniques.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and data presentation.
