The Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role is designed for a creative, detail-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll play a key role in developing and executing franchise marketing assets across digital, print, and live event platforms, owning projects from concept through completion while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Location: Must be in Colombia Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 25 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand development.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting skills for both website and social media content, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, solid design and image editing abilities, experience creating branded decks and print-ready materials, video editing knowledge, and strong organization to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
  • Characteristics: Ownership mentality, creativity with attention to detail, strong project management skills, proactive communication, adaptability, and a commitment to brand consistency and high-quality execution.

Required

  • 25 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand development
  • Strong copywriting skills (long-form website + short-form social)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong image editing skills, including the ability to professionally cut out images and people from backgrounds with precision
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and strong design layout abilities
  • Experience creating marketing decks and branded collateral, and print-ready materials
  • Video editing experience
  • Strong organization and project ownership
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Franchise or multi-location brand experience
  • Familiarity with FDD structure
  • Figma experience
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
  • SEO knowledge
  • Trade show material development experience

Responsibilities

Franchise Development Content & Creative

  • Write customized franchise development website content using templates, incorporating brand questionnaires and FDD terms
  • Align messaging with brand voice, colors, and positioning
  • (Bonus) Translate approved copy into Figma website designs
  • Develop customized Discovery Day and Franchise Pitch Decks using PowerPoint templates
  • Adapt full decks into 1020 minute webinar versions as needed
  • Integrate approved website messaging, FDD updates, and industry research

Print & Trade Show Materials

  • Design 2-sided Rack Cards / One-Sheets (5'x9 or 8.5'x11)
  • Create trade show assets including:
  • 8 x 10 branded backdrops
  • 30 x 84 pull-up banners
  • Ensure all materials are brand-consistent and franchise sales focused

Brand Development

  • Develop or refine Brand Guides (logo usage, fonts, color palette, tone)
  • Ensure alignment with Franchise Operations Manual standards
  • Audit materials for brand consistency

Social Media & Video Execution

  • Plan and publish content MondayFriday across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google (as applicable)
  • Manage YouTube & Vimeo uploads (long-form + short-form video)
  • Write SEO-optimized captions
  • Edit video footage from events, webinars, and conferences
  • Provide recording best-practice guidance
  • Maintain content calendar and scheduling systems
  • Monitor engagement and provide structured performance recaps

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings (bi-weekly/monthly once established)
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and version control
  • Provide performance insights and recommend optimizations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and franchise development teams
