As our Digital Marketing & Partnerships Officer, you will be the primary engine for growth in our HMO and Payroll Service verticals. You aren't just selling a platform; you are providing business owners and HR leaders with the most cost-effective way to manage their workforce and engage their employees.
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing & Business Development Officer, you will serve as a client-facing representative responsible for growing FindShare's ecosystem of Merchant and Rewards Partners, while also acting as a sales agent for our HMO and payroll service verticals. You will engage prospective and existing clients, develop tailored proposals, and close partnerships that deliver long-term value. You are an innate marketer and salespersoncomfortable initiating conversations, negotiating commercial terms, and translating business needs into effective digital, benefits, and payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Partnership Development
- Identify, onboard, and grow Merchant and Rewards Partners for FindShare's digital platform
- Conceptualize, negotiate, and manage marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement
- Maintain long-term partner relationships through regular performance reviews and data-driven recommendations
- Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize partner results
HMO & Payroll Vertical Sales
- Act as a sales agent for FindShare's HMO and payroll solutions vertical, targeting SMEs and corporate clients
- Conduct product presentations and needs assessments to recommend suitable healthcare and payroll packages
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in coordination with internal teams
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients post-sale to ensure smooth implementation and retention
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Translate technical and operational capabilities into clear business value propositions for clients
- Lead or support client projects from onboarding through execution and ongoing optimization
Job Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute)
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, CRM, or partnerships
- Experience selling B2B services, preferably in HMO, payroll, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce, is a strong advantage
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the confidence to take initiative and manage multiple accounts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused
- The position is a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in our Makati office, while two days are remote from home).
