Digital Marketing Associate (Full-time, Onsite, US EST business hours)

We are Xenon Health, a healthcare management company, and we are looking to hire a dedicated Digital Marketing Associate based in the Philippines to support the foundational setup and ongoing optimization of our Shopify website. This role will own SEO execution end-to-end and ensure our site is technically sound, search-optimized, and aligned with a modern, clean, and compliant brand voice for the U.S. market.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify, e-commerce website management, and building SEO programs from scratch, with a strong bias toward ownership and proactive execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up foundational SEO for a Shopify e-commerce site, including:

Technical SEO configuration (sitemap, robots.txt, mobile optimization, page speed basics)

Meta titles and meta descriptions for all core pages (Home, Shop, Product Pages, About, FAQs, Contact, Shipping & Returns)

Build SEO-structured product pages for key products (Creatine, Retinol), including headings, sections, and FAQs

Develop a keyword framework (primary + secondary keywords) mapped to each main page

Set up blog structure and recommend initial SEO-friendly blog topics (no content writing required at this stage)

Manage day-to-day Shopify website updates and SEO best practices

Ensure all SEO work aligns with brand positioning and compliance standards (no medical or FDA-approval claims)

Preferred Experience:

Proven experience with Shopify and e-commerce website management

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, site structure)

Ability to take initiative and own SEO projects from planning through completion

Experience optimizing websites for the U.S. market

Compensation: USD 7/hr. salary + USD 120 fixed monthly stipend for travel expenses + USD 2 daily coffee allowance
