Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in enhancing the company's online presence and brand visibility through strategic social media management. This role involves planning, creating, and executing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online communities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management : Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Content Creation & Coordination : Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality digital content. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster online community growth and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including paid ads. Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Recommend innovative approaches to enhance digital presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
