Below Are The Responsibilities Of a DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, plan, and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, SMS, and paid media platforms.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand goals, sales objectives, and marketing timelines.
- Track budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
Multi-Platform Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and Linkedin.
- Strategize, publish, and optimize platform-specific content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor comments, DMs, group chats, and mentions to foster strong community engagement.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
Content Strategy, Planning & Calendar Management
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign strategies and brand objectives.
- Plan content formats, hooks, and creative direction.
- Coordinate with design and creative teams to produce visuals, videos, reels, and stories.
- Ensure timely and accurate publishing across all digital platforms.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Create original multimedia content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suit
- Write compelling captions, hooks, ad copy, and digital messaging (strong copywriting is a plus)
- Adapt tone and messaging to suit platform nuances and audience behavior
Paid Media & Budget Optimization
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor ad spend, perform budget liquidation and reallocation, and optimize performance.
- Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing strategies.
- Track key performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPR, ROAS, and conversions.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
To be successful in this role you must be
- A college graduate with a 4-year degree in BS in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related courses.
- Has at least 3-5 years professional experience in marketing, PR, or event management in a corporate setting or marketing agency
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, reporting, presentations, and budget.
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and basic photo and video editing tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to execute PR campaigns and events effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for media relations and copywriting.
- Project and event management skills, including timeline control, vendor coordination, and logistics management.
- Analytical and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with leadership capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
