The client is a leading wholesale and distribution company specializing in automation, access control, and gate solutions across the Asia Pacific region. They support B2B partners by providing premium European automation brands for gates, doors, and related systems.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist who will support the marketing team by creating compelling digital assets, managing content across channels, and ensuring consistent brand representation. This role is hands-on and production-focusedideal for someone who enjoys designing, creating digital content, and executing marketing activities that help strengthen brand visibility.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Execution
- Create and schedule engaging digital content across social media platforms.
- Produce marketing assets including:
- Social media graphics and tiles
- Brochures, flyers, and product collateral
- Website banners and promotional materials
- Short-form videos (product explainers, highlights, social edits)
- Support email marketing by creating visual assets and formatting content.
- Assist with updating website pages, product information, and landing page visuals.
- Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Graphic Design & Content Production
- Design high-quality visuals using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Create layout designs for print and digital marketing materials.
- Edit short videos, add captions/overlays, and prepare assets for various platforms.
- Develop design concepts based on briefs, product features, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy across all designed materials, including specifications and text details.
Creative Collaboration
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather materials and align on creative needs.
- Translate ideas or loose briefs into polished, production-ready marketing assets.
- Review creative outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Provide input on improving visuals, messaging, and overall presentation.
Campaign Support & Project Coordination
- Implement content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Coordinate campaign materials across multiple stakeholders.
- Manage task timelines for design projects and digital content rollouts.
- Support product promotions, digital campaigns, and content-driven initiatives.
Basic Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement performance of social posts, visuals, and videos.
- Provide simple reports summarizing key KPIs and content performance.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights (e.g., best-performing formats, optimized visuals).
QUALIFICATIONS
- 35 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, GTM planning, or product marketing.
- Demonstrated experience taking a product (or campaign) from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience insights, and messaging fundamentals.
- Hands-on skills in digital marketing execution: content creation, social media, email campaigns, and basic video editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality output.
- Excellent communication skillswritten, verbal, and visual.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and reviewing assets for brand alignment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic understanding of paid ads (social or Google).
- Experience writing creative briefs or campaign decks.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, video editing tools, or design basics (Canva or Adobe).
- Exposure to product marketing or launch cycles
