Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Launch Manager / Executive Administrator. In this role, you will oversee and execute online product launches, manage timelines, coordinate marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. You will also provide administrative support to streamline operations, maintain schedules, manage correspondence, and ensure organizational efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners will be a significant responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, online product launches, and managing product promotion strategies.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in administrative functions such as calendar management, correspondence, and organizational workflows.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for marketing automation, project management, and communication.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in the speaking, coaching, or event management industry is a strong advantage.
