Job Description

The Sr. Manager for Digital Innovation is responsible for leading, creating and maintaining the digital roadmap of their assigned track, and ensuring the team continuously meets the needs and objectives of their stakeholders. The daily responsibilities will include managing the product roadmap and backlog of their respective track, validating ideas and increasing the adoption of the apps/softwares they manage through stakeholder feedback, and lead R&D activities of upcoming digital trends. The ideal candidate should be able to identify customer problems, and design technology solutions for solving that problem, while keeping the customer experience in mind. They should be able to collaborate with different business units to ideate and design the innovative digital experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, designing, overseeing development, and executing roadmap for digital solutions
  2. Works with the various SMDC BUs to identify possible digitalization initiatives
  3. Works with the various BUs to design innovative customer experiences and solutions

GENERAL DUTIES:

  1. Schedule and facilitate discovery sessions with the BUs to identify possible digitalization opportunities
  2. Document results of the discovery session and ideate possible innovation solutions
  3. Refine solutions and work with Business Process team to quantify value of the solution
  4. Internally sell the solution to stakeholders leading to project approval
  5. Maintain digital roadmap for the BU and systems
  6. Oversee delivery of the project in partnership with the project manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Graduate of a business or technology related course; MBA is a plus
  2. Must have 10-12 years experience in the technology industry
  3. Must have meaningful experience in product development and management
  4. Must have experience in ideating and developing software applications
  5. Creativity in the technology context
  6. Familiarity with technology and tech enablers
  7. Product development skills
  8. Product management skills
  9. Team leadership and stakeholder management
  10. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and has a customer-centric mindset
  11. Willing to work full-time and on-site at Pasay.
