Job Overview
The Digital & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving the company's digital presence, online sales growth, and digital marketing performance across all platforms. The role oversees the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns and the management of e-commerce channels to maximise customer engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Execution
1. Develop, implement, and manage the company's digital marketing and e-commerce strategy in line with business goals.
2. Oversee digital advertising, SEO/SEM, PPC, paid media, and content marketing initiatives.
3. Manage the design, functionality, and performance of the company's website and e-commerce platforms(Amazon, vendor accounts etc) to ensure optimal user experience and conversion.
4. Manage the company's social media presence and influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and digital reach.
5. Monitor, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance, website traffic, and sales data to inform ongoing optimisation.
6. Collaborate with the Branding, Sales, and Category teams to ensure digital content aligns with brand strategy and promotional priorities.
7. Drive digital innovation through new tools, trends, and technologies that enhance the company's online presence.
E-Commerce Operations
1. Manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing accuracy, inventory updates, and promotional activity.
2. Oversee online merchandising and ensure the product presentation reflects brand and marketing objectives.
3. Develop and implement online sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
4. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery performance.
5. Analyse consumer behaviour and purchasing trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
1. Lead and develop the Email Marketing & Copywriting Coordinator and the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
2. Set clear KPIs and performance objectives for direct reports.
3. Foster collaboration across the digital team and with other marketing functions to ensure brand and campaign consistency.
4. Support professional development of team members through mentoring, feedback, and training.
Content and Campaign Management
1. Oversee the creation and scheduling of digital content across email, social, and web platforms.
2. Ensure all messaging, visuals, and copy reflect the TouchBio brand tone and values.
3. Coordinate digital campaign calendars to align with broader marketing and promotional activities.
4. Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and automation strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
5. Manage relationships with digital agencies, influencers, and partners where relevant.
