Undergo training and certification for all processes assigned by the Operations Supervisor
Analyze, collect and process documents based on source-specific guidelines and mandate
Resolve internal and external requests using all tools and resources available
Investigate, analyze and resolve collection issues and transfer to SME for further processing, if needed
Update the documents to Lexis+ and troubleshoot errors as needed
Investigate and analyze document and perform XML editing
Maintain accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documents in Lexis Advance
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
1–2 years of BPO, shared services, or related experience preferred
Fresh graduates may also be considered based on communication skills and overall potential
Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, hybrid/onsite setups, and rotating work schedules
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
