Digital Content Creator / Talent

Job Requirements:

-Talent with a young, presentable, and camera-friendly appearance; baby face and bright,

healthy-looking skin preferred.

-At least a diploma graduate

-Proven experience as a Talent, Content Creator, or similar on-camera role, with a portfolio of

published videos (e.g., reviews, beauty tips, tutorials).

-Fluent in English and Tagalog, both spoken and written.

-Comfortable and confident performing in front of the camera; able to project a high-end,

professional image.

-Good at makeup and styling, with a basic understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.

-Familiar with TikTok and content creation, including trends, engagement strategies, and algorithm

insights.

-Energetic, proactive, and open to feedback; passionate about beauty and continuous learning.

-Strong time-management skills and ability to follow scripts and directions effectively.

-Excellent attendance and reliability; must be punctual and responsible.

Able to join ASAP and willing to work on-site (WFO) at our Makati office.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the main on-screen talent for TikTok and Instagram ads, confidently showcasing

Glad2Glow's skincare products.

-Perform scripted content naturally during video shoots and record engaging voiceovers for short

form videos.

-Promote and engage with social media content across platforms, actively monitoring audience

interactions (comments, shares, etc.).

-Stay updated on skincare and beauty trends to help the team create relevant, appealing, and trend-

driven content.

-Conduct research on beauty industryrelated topics and identify customer needs to recommend new

content ideas.

-Assist in organizing product samples and maintaining the shooting room.

-Support the social media team with other campaigns, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
