Role: Digital Content and SEO Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac

Schedule: Morning shift

The ideal candidate will excel in SEO and brand-led content creation, digital marketing, and offer crucial support across various digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SEO / Brand-Led Content Writing

  • Craft creative content with SEO optimization, including meta titles/descriptions for websites and blog posts.
  • Identify target keywords and create on-brand, compelling blog posts to drive organic traffic.
  • Develop AI-driven content (FAQs, keyword-based, and structured articles) to expand reach and rankings.
  • Consistently apply the brand's tone of voice across all content (websites, blogs, and social media).
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, track performance, and recommend blog content.
  • Implement content into WordPress/WooCommerce setups using Yoast.
  • UK Competitor Analysis
  • Identify market localization needs with a UK focus, ensuring content is tailored to local terms and search trends.
  • Monitor and report on competitor SEO activity, keywords, and meta titles to strengthen UK positioning.
  • Website & Technical Support
  • Convert PDF manuals into HTML web pages using WordPress.
  • Assist with smaller digital marketing tasks, including image cropping/resizing.
  • Digital Operations & Systems
  • Set up SharePoint calendars, lists, and notifications.
  • Assist with creating digital workflows and marketing systems in SharePoint & Zoho Projects/Campaigns.
  • Marketing & Adhoc Support
  • Provide backup support across marketing tasks to free up internal team capacity.
  • Write in line with our brand tone of voice,
  • Use SEO tools to identify gaps, keywords and opportunities,
  • Deliver content tasks such as:
  • Articles and blogs
  • FAQs
  • Page titles and descriptions
  • Meta Titles & Descriptions
  • AI-searchable content (structured and keyword-based)

Qualifications And Requirements (Non-negotiable)

  • 1-3 years of experience in SEO content writing and digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in SEO content writing and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, and SEO tools such as Yoast.
  • Strong analytical skills for competitor analysis and keyword research.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with digital operations tools like SharePoint and Zoho Projects.
  • Basic technical skills for HTML conversion and image editing.
