QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in social media and website content management, and familiarity/exposure with brand management and visual identity guidelines, preferably in corporate environments

Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the Company's objectives.
- Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following
- Create annual and quarterly social media plans with measurable KPIs
Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, and sentiment across platforms
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements
Website Management
- Ensure timely updates of website content, maintain accuracy, and align with the organization's requirements
- Performs SEO optimization
Brand Consistency and Corporate Identity
- Ensure all social media and website content adheres to corporate brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain DMCI's digital brand style guide for tone, imagery, and messaging
- Monitor online presence for brand compliance and report inconsistencies
- Implement brand storytelling strategies to reinforce DMCI's values
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (BU's, Departments and Projects) to gather accurate information for posts. Respond to inquiries and comments professionally and promptly
