Our Marketing and Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig as a Digital Channels Officer.

In this role you will deliver world-class digital banking experiences across Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM channels while ensuring compliance with regulatory, operational, and marketing requirements. You will also provide expertise in understanding and shaping the customer journey while balancing these needs with the Banks channel and product regulations.

What The Role Will Entail

  • Develop and implement a digital channels strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and enhance online banking services with a focus on security, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Improve the digital customer experience through user interface design, support, and feedback mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement strong security measures to protect customer data
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver integrated digital services and marketing tools
  • Monitor emerging digital technologies and trends to assess their impact on the organization
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive data-informed improvements across digital channels

What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in either Business, Information Technology or any related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in banking, cards, or digital channels, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as BSP and AML
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications and effective in communicating information clearly and efficiently
  • Collaborative team player who solves problems, drives customer-focused improvements, and fosters transparency and candor
  • Strategic thinker who sets clear goals, monitors market trends, manages risks, and applies business knowledge for long-term success
