The Role
We're looking for a digitally fluent, brand-obsessed Digital Brand Experience Manager who knows how to turn big ideas into meaningful, connected experiences both online and on the ground. If you can launch a killer digital activation and know how to make an on-ground moment trend, this role's for you.
You'll lead cross-channel brand experiences that live across social, digital, events, and retail from shaping the campaign to launching it with impact.
What You'll Do
- Concept, plan, and execute brand activations across digital, social, and physical environments
- Lead digital-driven campaign rollouts across key moments from product drops to seasonal pushes
- Collaborate with creatives, media, influencers, retail, and event teams to bring brand stories to life
- Drive engagement through innovative formats: content, gamified campaigns, O2O journeys, livestreams, etc.
- Own the activation calendar, from campaign briefs to go-live to wrap reports
- Work with data team to track performance, gather insights, and optimize for future brand moments
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital-led brand marketing or experiential campaigns
- Hands-on experience launching campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and owned channels
- Sharp creative instincts + strong project management
- Confident running point with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors
- A passion for brand storytelling and audience-first thinking
- Comfortable managing multiple timelines and activations without dropping the ball
Bonus Points
- Experience with phygital (physical + digital) experiences
- Background in lifestyle, tech, or retail brands
- Familiarity with campaign measurement tools (GA4, Meta Ads, influencer platforms)
- Strong POV on what makes a brand stick in culture
