Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Digital Admin Support professional to assist with day-to-day administrative and digital tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using various online tools to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and digital support to the team
- Manage and update data using Google Sheets
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Create simple graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Manage and update product listings, orders, and store information on Shopify
- Maintain accurate records and organize digital files
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or digital support roles
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and reporting
- Basic experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with Canva for creating simple visual content
- Experience with Shopify for e-commerce management is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
