We are seeking a highly organized and digitally proficient Digital Account Manager with a strong foundation in client management and campaign execution. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of digital-led initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams, and delivering campaigns that meet strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
The Digital Account Manager will operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams concurrently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital and integrated campaigns across social, digital platforms, and related channels
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, influencer, production, and analytics) and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery
- Oversee campaign schedules, status reports, documentation, and approvals to ensure operational consistency
- Monitor campaign progress, proactively identifying risks or issues and implementing appropriate solutions
- Partner with analytics and reporting teams to track performance, consolidate insights, and support post-campaign evaluations
- Ensure all outputs align with approved strategies, brand guidelines, and agreed objectives
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital account management, client services, or integrated marketing roles
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading day-to-day campaign operations
- Working knowledge of major digital platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and owned digital channels
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and capable of maintaining consistency across multiple deliverables
