Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer to own and manage AEM deployment pipelines and environments supporting a mission-critical enterprise digital platform.
This role requires deep AEM-specific DevOps expertise, strong CI/CD automation skills, and experience operating within strict security, audit, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM
- Manage deployments across:
- DEV
- SIT
- UAT
- Production
- Handle AEM build and packaging using Maven
- Manage configuration and environment separation
- Support Adobe Cloud Manager
- Ensure deployment stability, rollback readiness, and auditability
- Monitor platform health, logs, and deployment metrics
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams
- Support production releases and incident resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
AEM
- Hands-on experience with AEM deployments
- Strong knowledge of:
- AEM SDK/Cloud Service
- Maven build pipelines
- Content vs code packaging
- Dispatcher and caching concepts
- Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager
CI/CD & Infrastructure
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Infrastructure automation
- Secure configuration management
- Deployment approvals and traceability
Enterprise & Security
- Experience in regulated environments
- Understanding of:
- Change management
- Audit logging
- Separation of duties
- Security-first mindset
Experience Requirements
- 3-6+ years DevOps experience
- 3-5+ years supporting AEM platforms
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or financial systems
