Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled DevOps Automation Engineer to architect, lead, and enhance our DevOps and Cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive automation, reliability, and scalability across multiple environments while ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead cloud and on-prem DevOps infrastructure.
• Design and oversee complex CI/CD pipelines spanning multiple applications and environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible, covering networking (VPCs, subnets), load balancing, scaling, and disaster recovery.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, OpenShift, or CCE), Helm charts, and container registries.
• Implement robust observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog—defining SLOs and SLAs for uptime and performance.
• Ensure security and compliance by integrating secrets management (Vault) and automated checks (OPA, Snyk) into pipelines.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Mentor and guide the DevOps team, establish best practices, and collaborate with project leads on release planning and new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with 5+ years of DevOps or Systems Engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or Huawei Cloud (CCE).
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible (or Puppet/Chef), Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/OpenShift in production).
• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages, and solid Linux administration background.
• Track record managing CI/CD pipelines at scale and working with compliance frameworks in the financial sector.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
