DevOps Engineer

Are you passionate about building seamless developer experiences and driving operational excellence We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help shape and optimize an internal developer platform that empowers teams to build, deploy, and run applications efficiently and autonomously.

Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling developer productivity and platform reliability. You will:

• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing and deployment
• Enhance Developer Experience (DevEx) by streamlining tools, documentation, and access through a unified portal
• Maintain golden paths—standardized, self-service workflows that promote best practices
• Act as an escalation point, leading troubleshooting, investigations, and system administration
• Drive documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with developers, SREs, and platform teams to improve deployment velocity and reliability
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal developer platforms
• Lead engineering programs that elevate technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, supporting production environments across cloud infrastructures
• Strong experience with: AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, AuroraDB, CloudWatch), Git (branching strategies, PRs, code reviews)
• GitOps practices (environment promotion, configuration-as-code)
• Proven track record designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker, FluxCD, or similar)
• Experience working with development teams using Kotlin, Node.js, Python, or Go
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, influencing engineering best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes (cluster ops, Helm, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle
• Experience with Datadog (metrics, logs, tracing)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, AWS Certifications)
