Devops Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer for a full-time on-site role at our Metro Cebu location. You will be responsible for automating and streamlining development and operational processes, maintaining and improving infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system reliability and performance. You will collaborate with development and IT teams to identify system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to optimize workflows.

• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
• Strong skills in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Understanding of Linux systems, scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python), and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability of infrastructure and applications
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills for cross-functional team interaction
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Bonus: Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, database management, and prior experience working with Agile methodologies
