Software Developer
Salary Range: $866 to $1,213 per month

We're looking for a software developer to support and scale our internal systems, with a strong focus on backend development within NetSuite. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain backend solutions within NetSuite, using JavaScript to support business operations.
- Customize and enhance existing NetSuite functionality based on internal requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues within the NetSuite environment and implement timely fixes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain clean, well-documented code and follow best practices for long-term maintainability.
- Support integration between NetSuite and other internal systems or third-party tools.
- Investigate and resolve system issues or data inconsistencies as they arise.
Who You'll Work With:
You'll work closely with internal operations, finance, and technical team members who rely on NetSuite for daily business processes. This role collaborates directly with decision-makers and stakeholders, helping turn operational needs into stable, scalable technical solutions while maintaining strong communication across teams.
Who We're Looking For:
- JavaScript Proficiency: Experience in backend JavaScript development is required, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, preferably in server-side scripting environments.
- NetSuite Knowledge: Prior hands-on experience developing or customizing within NetSuite is preferred but not required.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to produce precise, accurate code that integrates cleanly with internal systems.
- Reliable: Works independently and meets deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Problem Solver: Capable of diagnosing bugs or unexpected behavior and delivering practical solutions.
- Good Communicator: Comfortable explaining technical issues and progress clearly.
- Process-Oriented: Able to follow existing logic and development practices while contributing improvements when possible.
