We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and maintain desktop systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and peripheral devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve desktop environment efficiency.
- Train end-users on software applications and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or related IT field.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of desktop hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
