Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from planning through completion.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of projects.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues related to design, construction, or scheduling.
Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.
Technical Services & Design
Review and evaluate tenant fit-out plans, engineering drawings, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with technical requirements including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and structural standards.
Provide technical guidance to tenants and contractors during the design and construction phases.
Manage design revisions and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure completeness of project documentation including plans, permits, and reports.
Maintain records of approvals, change orders, and project updates.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or design coordination.
Experience handling commercial, retail, or food & beverage fit-out projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering systems, and building regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and MS Office.
Excellent organizational, communication & problem-solving skills
