Job Purpose:
Responsible in the maintaining the design standards of the mall through establishing design requirements and reviewing proposed design concepts in accordance with the business standards
Responsibilities:
- Establish project requirements, scope of work, project budget and schedule
- Propose design concepts that will characterize the aesthetic intent of the project; review with the Client and secure approval
- Develop approved design concept and prepare drawings, list of materials and specifications; prepare documents for construction
- Ensure regulatory compliance of design
- Identify and invite qualified contractors to bid; conduct pre-procurement and pre-bid meetings and receive bids and recommend award of contract
- Coordinate and inspect contractors work to ensure that the project is being built according to design
- Provide in-field changes to the plan to address an unforeseen condition
- Prepare a punch list of pending construction deficiencies
- Guarantee quality of Contractors works and certify project completion
- Ensure that the mall features and mall area finishes are in good condition and inspected according to EDD standards
- Recommend mall areas for restoration or renovation
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Architectural industry
- Registered Architect
- Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD
- Candidate must be amenable to work in MOA, Pasay City
