Design Officer

Responsible in maintaining the design standards of the mall through establishing design requirements and reviewing proposed design concepts in accordance of the business standards. Works with engineers, surveyors and construction specialists on site and oversees projects from beginning to end making sure that structures meet company policies, company standards on design and image, management standards, and rules, laws and regulations on construction.

Educational Requirement:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Registered Architect or Registered Civil Engineer.

Experience Requirement:

• With at least two (2) years experience in design development and project management.
• Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD

Work Location:

• The candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM City San Fernando Downtown.
